This one is firmly in the rumor category, but the heretofore unknown (to me) blog Pajiba says JJ Abrams is working on a top-secret project called 500 Rads, and it may be a zombie movie. Considering Abrams was near the top of my list of my most-wanted zombie filmmakers, this makes me happy. Even if it isn’t true. (Pajiba)
Witches coven gets burnt up, witches coven reanimates as skeletal zombies to seek a pregnant woman carrying a demon baby. Sounds fun. It’s Demon Resurrection, and it’s available now. Oh, and Pontypool is hitting DVD everywhere January 26 (it’s available now, for rental at Blockbuster only). (Fangoria)
