George A. Romero sits down for a quick interview with Lost Zombies and talks about advice for young filmmakers, what he thinks of the current zombie craze and whether he watches many zombie movies himself. (Lost Zombies)

The author of the vampire novel Let the Right One In, John Ajvide Lindqvist, is tackling zombies for his next book, Handling the Undead. It’s coming to the US September 28. (Fangoria)

May 31 in Portland, Oregon will be The Return of May of the Dead, an all-day zombie gaming/movie/fun event. (Geek in the City)

The zombie-moonshine horror-comedy Broken Springs: Shine of the Undead Zombie Bastards will premiere at the West Hollywood Dances with Films festival June 4. (28 Days Later Analysis)

The zombie horror-comedy George’s Intervention will show at 11:55 p.m. June 5 at the Laemmle Royal Theatre in Los Angeles. Cast and crew will be in attendance. (Fangoria)
