Okeechobee County in Florida has a 75 page plan for surviving the zombie apocalypse. Since it’s near Palm Beach, I’m going to go out on a limb and say page one is “feed the retirees to the zombies.” (Palm Beach Post)
First we learned that Joe Hill, the son of Stephen King, would be co-writing an episode of The Walking Dead next season. Well apparently his love for zombies doesn’t stop there because he just sold his story Twittering From the Circus of the Undead to Mandalay pictures. (Screen Junkies)

Director Casey Walker is about to start rolling on a new zombie movie called Little Bit Zombie. It’s got Shawn Roberts, the dude who played Wesker in Resident Evil: Afterlife and it was written by Christopher Bond and Trevor Martin who also wrote the Evil Dead musical. Sounds like an instant hit already. (Dread Central)
