Obviously we’re going to start off the day with the Walking Dead news from the weekend, of which there was a lot. Also the podcast will be returning very soon where we’ll recap the previous episode of the show and discuss other things zombie.
- The season two premiere of The Walking Dead shattered last year’s record numbers to become the highest rated cable drama in history. Over seven million people tuned into the premiere, and over eleven million watched counting the re-air later that night. (TV By the Numbers)

- George A. Romero, the godfather of zombies, comes off as kind of a douche in this interview where he talks about how he’s never watched The Walking Dead and is kind of disappointed with the current zombie love in media. Let’s hope it was taken out of context. (zap2it)

Undead Labs has released some new info about their upcoming zombie MMO and it looks like it’s going to be pretty epic. If the rumor mill is true then when you die in the game, you’re dead, for good, until you return as a zombie. (MMO Crunch)
