Zombie Godfather George A. Romero sent in his personal letter of support to the fundraiser to save the iconic location used during the filming of Night of the Living Dead. It’s good to see the original creator support what I feel is a worthwhile cause. (The Republic)
Every other piece of news I have today is a video, and you can catch them all after the break.
- Check out the trailer for the PS3 exclusive Yakuza: Dead Souls, which is the Western port of the already popular Yakuza series in Japan. (Complex)
- We’ve also got the international and domestic trailers for REC 3: Genesis which looks to be yet another amazing entry into the series. (Dread Central)
- I have no idea if this is real or fake, or if the girl in question even said yes (there’s no official word on that aside from the video’s creator) but this marriage proposal done during a custom Left 4 Dead map is pretty damn awesome regardless. (Kotaku)
- The latest episode of Resident Evil: First Hour is now online. I’m really digging this webseries and I think it’s a nice little way to spend time until Operation Raccoon City and the new film are released next year. (Bloody Disgusting)
