The guys over at Rooster Teeth saved all of their awesome for the season finale of their webseries Immersion. In the finale, they test out the theory of the zombie headshot, and learn just how tough it is to accomplish. (Destructiod)

There’s a nice write up of Adam Dunning’s InFected and the fight to get a silver screen debut. (Times Leader)

Forget Pride and Prejudice and Zombies, the latest movie to get the actors fighting for a lead role is Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter, about the young pre president hunting and killing zombies as a REAL American hero. (Sky Movies)

His part in the series may have been short lived, but it was important. Now Andrew Rothenberg, who played super mechanic and infected companion Jim on The Walking Dead, speaks up about working on the show. (Dread Central)

Horror author John Skipp is looking to expand his media universe by creating Rose, a “3D zombie puppet musical”. (I’m not kidding…) Check out the promo video after the break and if you like it, toss a few dollars his way, as the project is currently taking donations through Kickstarter. (Dread Central)

Just a quick note that Pro Zombie Soccer: Apocalypse Edition has been delayed for the iPad. It will be released on January 20. (Pocket Full of Apps)

Pride and Prejudice and Zombies: Dreadfully Ever After will hit stores on March 22 and we’ll finally get to see what Steve Hockensmith has in store for us to end his amazing series. (Buy Zombie)

Speaking of books, Zombielicious by Timothy McGivney, (which has the WORST cover art in book history) has just been released for the Kindle. No details yet on a print release. (Buy Zombie)

We’ll start off the news today with a nice bit of Walking Dead information.

We’ve got a whopping 15 seconds of shaky camera footage after the break from Resident Evil: The Mercenaries which will be a Nindendo 3DS launch game. Hey, it’s better than nothing right? (Kotaku)

We’ve also got a slightly better trailer (visually, not graphically) of The Zombie Shotgun Massacre 2, which is making it’s way to the Xbox 360 soon. (Buy Zombie)

I love webcomics, and because of that love I’ve stumbled upon Zombie Waffe, which features incredible art and hilarious writing and is perfect for fans of the zombie action/comedy genres. Also it’s only at 41 pages as of now, so it’s easy to catch up on the whole series. (Buy Zombie)

Two new zombie based iPhone/iPad games just released, priced at $0.99 and $1.99 respectively.

Here are the final details on pricing and a boatload of special features for The Walking Dead on DVD and Blu-Ray, due out March 8. (Fangoria)

If you’re near the Colorado Springs area, DeAnna Knippling will be signing her book, Choose Your Doom: Zombie Apocalypse, at the Chapel Hills Borders from 1-4 p.m. on January 15. (Colorado Springs Gazette)

Although unconfirmed, Breaking Bad actor Bryan Cranston said in a recent interview that The Walking Dead will return in July rather than October as previously reported. (Comic Book Resources)
