Read about the adventures of the Left 4 Dead crew in the webcomic The Sacrifice, which kicked off with issue one today. (Official Left 4 Dead Blog)

Apparently, Return of the Living Dead hits Blu-ray this week. Wonder if they fixed the issues with the soundtrack that pissed off hardcore fans with the original DVD release? I’m guessing … no. (Bloody Disgusting)

A zombie film made via the process of a bunch of zombie fans discussing different zombie apocalypse scenarios, then cobbling that into a plot could be good, but the trailer for They Walk (embedded below), which was apparently developed exactly that way, makes it look as if the end result is pretty lackluster and disjointed. A classic premise gets a fresh twist in the zombie apocalypse flick Dead Genesis, about a documentarian following a group of zombie hunters to make a propaganda film. Here’s hoping it lives up to the promise of the title and premise! (28 Days Later Analysis)
